Bora Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. announced April 1 that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Upsher-Smith Laboratories, a generics manufacturer and marketer, from its sellers, Sawai Group Holdings and Sumitomo Corporation of Americas.
